4.5 million LEDs Dazzle at Japan Winter Light Show
…4.5 million LEDs lit up the Nabana no Sato theme park of Kuwana, Japan, kicking off their annual Winter Light Show that runs until March 8th. This year’s(2008) theme is one of flowers, illuminated in 64 billion colors that are reported to change color so quickly that they actually resemble a river more than a field of blooming plants

My world is at an end.. The rum has gone!
The circuit board for controlling the water cooling is finally made! I printed it out 3 times to check it over.. and all 3 times there was something wrong.
Still its etched, so hopefully haven’t missed anything else. This probably the most complex board i have designed though. (not in size, just in how many things are crammed together)
its features..
Pump control (switch between 2 power sources, xbox or external)
Fan control
Pump RPM
Fan RPM
LCD display controller
Touch button controls
Too many safety features to list..
Temperature sensors
Xbox light control, sound pulsing etc.. (interfaced with PulseVU) so it will have an easy to choose on screen menu.
And a Maintinence mode, for filling..

Over the last couple of days i’ve designed the box for that will house the pump and radiator the the xbox. Got it drawen out then cut..

I’m now at the point of finishing it off with paint. There has been a few bumps along the way, like the way i had designed the touch buttons for the menu operation but i managed to sort that out in a few hours..

i hadn’t made the button pad big enough so i added a little copper tape that i had laying around to give it more surface area…
